We would like to hear from you, but cannot represent you unless we know that doing so would not create a conflict of interest, or would require us to practice law in states or courts where we are not licensed to practice or give advice. Accordingly, please do not send us information about any specific matter that may involve you unless you are a client and have received a written statement from us that we represent you (an “engagement letter”).
I go to work every day with one goal in mind: to apply my knowledge, skills, and experience in the PASSIONATE pursuit of my clients’ goals.
Trained for many years in a large law firm, I now practice in the lean-overhead setting of a solo practitioner. But when I left the downtown high-rise, I didn't become less of a lawyer. Today, I bring together big-firm experience, little-firm expenses, and cutting-edge technology to deliver SUPERIOR CLIENT VALUE: high quality legal services at very competitive rates.
Expect undivided loyalty, zealous representation, and uncompromising confidentiality. I don’t have a management council. Or a managing partner. Beholden to none other than the law, I take pride in being FIERCELY INDEPENDENT.
The New Way.
